WHAT IS THE SCHOOL?

Where sport becomes a tool for life

The Real Star Comprehensive Sports Training School is our flagship project. We walk with children and their families in Ararca, Santa Ana, and Barú through a process that brings together sport, psychoeducation, and family work.

We work from three core components: healthy habits, eco-habits, and social-emotional skills, forming people, not only athletes.

PILLARS OF THE MODEL

Sports training

  • 3 sessions a week in each community
  • Soccer, baseball, and athletics
  • A staged process that closes with a community tournament

Psychoeducation

  • Weekly micro-sessions
  • Work on emotions, habits, and self-care
  • A psychosocial support window

Work with families

  • Workshops every two months
  • Parent Ambassadors program
  • Formative and emotional support
